salut tout le monde

bon ca fait deux semaine que je galere avec mon premier levain et j'ai une question bete. en gros le matin il est tout gonflé plein de bulles, et le soir quand je rentre du taf il a deja retombé. du coup je sais jamais trop quand le rafraichir pck j'ai peur de rater le bon moment.

je le garde a temperature ambiante (genre 22 23 degré dans la cuisine), farine de seigle au depart puis je suis passé sur de la T65. il sent bon l'acide, un peu vinaigré, donc je pense qu'il est pas mort au moins ^^

vous vous fier a quoi vous pour savoir quand il est pret a bosser ? le pic de monté ou un autre signe ? pcq moi je le loupe systematiquement....
