Better Mobile Checkout
With more than two-thirds of our primary customer base browsing on mobile devices, our old multi-step interface was a total conversion killer. Mobile users hate trying to tap tiny input fields and navigating through sequential screens on small touchscreens. We successfully resolved this mobile bottleneck when we decided to Add mobile checkout to Magento 2 responsive views using a thumb-friendly, single-column design layout. The updated interface includes numeric keyboards for phone inputs and big, tap-friendly buttons. This mobile-first refinement completely eliminated fat-finger errors, leading to a substantial lift in our mobile checkout completions.
